Livium Ltd has finalised all relevant subscriptions and repayments under its Placement Agreement with Lind Global Fund II, managed by The Lind Partners.
The company has fully repaid the pre-payment amount to Lind, totalling A$2.27 million, including exit fees. No new shares were issued to Lind as part of the settlement. As of March 13, 2025, Lind's holding in Livium stood at approximately 14.6 million ordinary shares.
Resolution Minerals Ltd has secured firm commitments to raise $1.7 million (before costs) through a placement of fully paid ordinary shares to sophisticated investors. The funds will be used to progress the company’s recently announced antimony acquisitions and for general working capital.
