Pantheon Resources PLC (AIM:PANR, OTCQX:PTHRF) has appointed Tralisa Maraj as chief financial officer and Erich Krumanocker as chief development officer.
Tralisa Maraj will succeed Phil Patman, with her appointment effective from 14 July.
Maraj brings more than 25 years of experience, including roles as CFO at CGX Energy and LiveWire Group Inc.
Erich Krumanocker will, meanwhile, take over from Bob Rosenthal, who will retire after the board meeting on 13 June. Krumanocker has over 25 years of development and operations experience, with previous senior roles at BP.
"We are delighted to welcome Tralisa and Erich to the Pantheon Executive Team.
“They will be key in enacting our pivot from a world-class exploration and appraisal team to an equally successful development and operations team. Pantheon will benefit from a combined 50 years of international experience between the two.
“I also want to thank Phil Patman for his efforts in delivering a strong financial platform for growth through this transition and an ultimate US listing."
