Valereum PLC (AQSE:VLRM) has raised £500,000 to back the rollout of its digital asset services, including its Real-World Asset Markets platform. The funds will go towards scaling operations and strengthening the balance sheet.

Arecor Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AREC) is selling UK rights to several non-core products from its Tetris Pharma subsidiary to Aspire Pharma for £500,000. It’s part of a plan to focus more on high-value drugs like its ready-to-use glucagon injection, Ogluo.

Georgina Energy PLC (LSE:GEX) has upgraded the resource at its Mt Winter project in Australia, with a 15% boost in helium and hydrogen estimates. The company’s now planning to re-enter and deepen its main well.

Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) has posted its first resource estimate for the Sagebrush Project in Colorado. It sees potential for early helium production thanks to existing wells and infrastructure.

Kromek Group PLC (AIM:KMK) says revenue will beat forecasts after a “transformational” year, with strong growth in both healthcare and defence contracts. Net debt is down to half a million from over £12 million.

Polarean Imaging PLC (AIM:POLX, OTC:PLLWF) is sticking to its 2025 revenue target of up to $6 million, despite tighter US academic funding. Sales of its Xenon-based lung imaging product are up over 50%.
