Pantheon International net asset value rises in December

Pantheon International PLC's (LSE:PIN) net asset value rose by 0.5% or 2.6p to 506.2p at the end of December 2024, with the performance boosted by favourable foreign exchange movements.

Total assets at the end of the month were £2.3 billion against a market value of £1.5 billion with available cash balances of £61 million.

PIP added it received distributions of £72.3 million relative to £25.4 million of calls from existing commitments to private equity funds, generating net cash of £46.9 million during the month.

No significant new commitments were made during the month, but buybacks amounted to £0.3m at an average discount of 30.7% to the prevailing NAV per share at the time.
